This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments made or received through the AirWE platform. By using AirWE's services, you agree to comply with this Payment Policy, along with the other terms and conditions set forth by AirWE Connects Private Limited.
AirWE facilitates connections between Service Providers and Service Seekers but does not directly handle or manage the payment transactions between the parties. Please read this Payment Policy carefully before engaging in any transactions on the platform.
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
AirWE allows payments to be made through the following methods:
Credit and debit cards.
Third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, etc.).
Other digital payment methods as enabled by the platform.
AirWE may add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at its discretion without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their payment method is valid and up-to-date.
2.2 Transaction Currency
All transactions conducted through the AirWE platform are processed in the currency specified in the booking or service agreement. Any applicable exchange rates or fees for currency conversion are the responsibility of the user.
3.1 Service Agreement
Before any payment is made, the Service Provider and Service Seeker must agree on the payment terms, which include:
Total amount to be paid.
Scope of the service provided (e.g., travel companion assistance, parcel delivery).
Payment schedule (if applicable).
Any additional fees or costs (e.g., travel expenses, accommodations, etc.).
Both parties are responsible for ensuring the agreed terms are clearly communicated and documented before proceeding with payment. AirWE does not mediate or verify these agreements.
3.2 Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information on the AirWE platform, you authorize the platform to process your payment through the chosen payment method. If the payment fails due to insufficient funds, invalid payment information, or other reasons, the transaction will not be completed, and you may need to resubmit payment.
3.3 Payment Completion
Upon successful payment, the Service Seeker will receive confirmation of the transaction. The Service Provider is responsible for providing the agreed-upon services as per the terms of the service agreement. Both parties are responsible for maintaining accurate records of payments made and received.
4.1 Platform Fees
AirWE may charge a platform service fee for using its services. These fees will be transparently displayed at the time of booking or agreement. The platform fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full as part of the service transaction.
4.2 Third-Party Fees
Users are responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) or banks, including but not limited to currency conversion fees, transaction fees, or foreign transaction charges.
5.1 Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
The Service Provider has failed to deliver the agreed-upon services.
The Service Seeker has canceled the service according to the agreed-upon cancellation policy between the two parties.
The transaction is proven to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, and Generally Refund takes 5-7 working days for the funds to be credited back to the user’s account.
5.2 Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees, including but not limited to platform service fees and third-party payment processing fees, are non-refundable.
5.3 Dispute Resolution
AirWE does not mediate disputes related to payments between Service Providers and Service Seekers. If a payment dispute arises, both parties are responsible for resolving it independently. However, in cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions, users are encouraged to report the issue to AirWE, and the platform may take action against the offending party, such as account suspension or termination.
6.1 Data Protection
AirWE uses secure payment gateways and encryption methods to protect users' payment information. However, users are responsible for ensuring the security of their personal and payment information when using the platform.
6.2 Fraud Prevention
AirWE takes measures to prevent fraudulent activities, but users are also responsible for verifying the legitimacy of the transactions they engage in. If fraud is suspected, users must report it immediately to AirWE and the relevant authorities.
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the services provided or received through the AirWE platform. AirWE does not provide tax advice, and users should consult their local tax authorities for information on applicable taxes.
AirWE reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the policy periodically, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
This Payment Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AirWE operates. Any legal disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
