Users traveling to the same destination can either provide or seek assistance, helping needy travelers with companionship or carrying essential items. This creates a mutually beneficial system for travelers and expats.. By using the AirWE platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and AirWE. AirWE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
Provider: A traveler using the AirWE platform to transport a parcel for another user in exchange for compensation.account.
Service Seeker: An individual who uses the AirWE platform to arrange for the transport of a parcel by a Service Provider.
Parcel: The package or items being transported by the Service Provider for the Service Seeker.
AirWE: The operator of the mobile application that facilitates connections between Service Providers and Service Seekers.
3.1 Communication and Disclosure of Parcel Contents
Both the Service Provider and Service Seeker must engage in clear, honest, and transparent communication regarding the nature, contents, and value of the parcel. Misrepresentation of the contents is strictly prohibited.
The Service Seeker must fully disclose the contents of the parcel before the Service Provider agrees to transport it. The Service Provider may refuse to transport the parcel if the contents are not disclosed or if they pose any risk.
Failure to accurately disclose the contents of the parcel may result in account suspension from AirWE.
3.2 Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Both Service Providers and Service Seekers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the transportation of goods. This includes, but is not limited to:
Airport and airline security rules.
Customs regulations in both the country of origin and destination.
Any restrictions imposed by airport authorities or international aviation laws.
3.3 Prohibited and Restricted Items
It is strictly prohibited to send or transport any illegal, dangerous, or restricted items via the AirWE platform, including but not limited to:
Weapons, explosives, and firearms.
Drugs or controlled substances.
Counterfeit or illegal goods.
Hazardous materials (flammable, corrosive, or toxic substances).
Biological materials or perishables.
Currency, jewelry, or valuable negotiable instruments.
3.4 Proper Packaging
The Service Seeker is responsible for ensuring that the parcel is securely and adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. The packaging must comply with all applicable airport, airline, and customs regulations.
If the packaging is deemed inadequate by the Service Provider, they have the right to refuse to transport the parcel. AirWE will not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging.
4.1 Damage, Loss, or Theft
AirWE is a neutral platform facilitating connections between Service Providers and Service Seekers and does not take responsibility for the handling, transportation, or condition of parcels at any stage.
AirWE is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of parcels during transport. Both parties acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk and bear responsibility for any issues that arise during the transaction.
4.2 Fraudulent Activities
AirWE is not responsible for fraudulent activity or miscommunication between users. Users must exercise due diligence and caution when engaging in transactions on the platform. If fraudulent activity occurs, it should be reported to the relevant authorities.
AirWE does not mediate disputes between Service Providers and Service Seekers. Any disputes, including those related to payment, parcel condition, loss, or damage, must be resolved directly between the involved parties.
AirWE encourages users to document all communications and agreements clearly to avoid misunderstandings.
6.1 User Conduct
All users must adhere to ethical and lawful conduct while using the AirWE platform. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including fraud, harassment, or illegal activities, will result in the suspension or termination of the user's account.
6.2 Account Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information and for any activity that occurs under their account. If there is any unauthorized use of a user's account, it must be reported to AirWE immediately. AirWE is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account.
AirWE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if they violate these terms and conditions or engage in illegal or inappropriate activities on the platform. AirWE may also refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.
AirWE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after modifications signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirWE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
